What’s your return policy?
Each piece is handmade with care, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges once all order specifications have been met. However, if there’s an error on our part — such as a wrong item or major defect — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right, including a possible refund.
